Q. When does my item ship? A. We try our very best to send out all orders by the next business day. Some exceptions apply due to availability.
Q. How can I track my order? A. You can check the logistics status of the goods through the order records on the website. Sometimes the logistics information cannot be updated in time, but it will not affect the actual delivery date and delivery time.
Q. When should I receive my order? A. Transit times for orders vary based upon the delivery location and the size of the items orders. Typically orders are received in 1-7 business days.We will urge the logistics company to deliver the products you purchased to your hands as quickly as possible.
Q. How does my item ship? A. Items ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. The size, weight and destination of the order will dictate which method is used. Drop shipped orders may ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Customers can call us at (225) 278-5036 to check availability to upgrade to next day and 2nd day air options. Drop shipped items are not able to be expedited.
